General Guidelines: A minimum order of 300 taka is required to place an order on our website.

Placing an Order: Orders must meet the minimum requirement of 300 taka.

Payment Methods: We accept full payment and cash on delivery. For cash on delivery, an advance payment of 100 taka via bKash is required.

Shipping and Delivery: Delivery charges are 130 taka across Bangladesh. We use Steadfast and Pathao for delivery, with a delivery time of 3-7 days.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide an active phone number so we can contact them to confirm the order.
