1. Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

1. Products received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
3. Product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Not Eligible for Return:

1. Items used or not in original condition.
2. Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

Return Process:

2. Provide order number, product details, and photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will review and arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.

2. Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be made via mobile wallet or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations

Before Shipping:

1. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

After Shipping:

1. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
2. You may return the product after delivery, subject to the return policy.
